Still we continue to shine… the 44th President of the United States looks like me… African American!
He has fought hard opposition, racism, seclusion, exclusitivity instead of inclusitivity, threats, and a myriad of issues… God continues to pull him through each and every situation. I’m just proud he represents a minority that helped establish this nation… we were the backbone, and without us, I’m not sure where America would be today in 2009.
Its still a shame that we as African Americans still have 1st’s… but… that’s ok… we’re making it one day at a time like always!
