(8 ounces) soft cream cheese blocks

- In a large nonstick skillet, cook bacon until crispy, 8 minutes. Drain it on a plate lined with a paper towel, then chop it finely. Sit aside.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and paprika, and season with salt and pepper. Use a cookie scoop to shape the mixture into 18 small balls and transfer them to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Put it in the fridge for one hour until it hardens.
- In a shallow bowl, stir in bacon, chives, and walnuts.
- Roll the balls in the bacon, chives, and walnut mixture, insert a cracker in each, and let them come to room temperature 15 minutes before serving. (If not serving immediately, cover with plastic wrap and return to the refrigerator.)
