They’re great to make at home too, as you can control the level of spices and additives and of course the price. Additionally, you can substitute vegetarian options for those who are not into meat.

Chicken satay sandwiches. Simply grilled chicken dressed in peanut butter sauce and layers of crunchy vegetables. Again, fried tofu would be a perfect substitute. Tahini might be a good nut-free option (or just use almond butter if you’re allergic to peanuts).
