Editor’s note: children who are at heart galThe lery program of Forever Families at KVUE are children who have done their best on their behalf to connect them with family or others in their community to provide options for permanent foster homes. Through no fault of their own, it has not happened yet, and therefore in partnership with the Ministry of Family and Protection Services, we are collaborating in order to educate KVUE viewers about these children in the hope of finding them permanently before they are too old.
