7-Eleven is offering up to 50% off over 200 items for “Sale-bration” July 8-13 in all stores nationwide.
Crunch Time Chicken will start its P10 promotion on a piece of chicken with rice on July 6, in time for National Fried Chicken Day, until July 11.
On 7-Eleven Day on July 11, City Cafe coffee blends are served small at half price. This applies to all available combinations: brewed coffee, French vanilla, mochaccino, salted caramel and hot chocolate. Prima Americano mini is also available at half price. The Big Bite Hotdog is also available at 50% off on this day.
From July 8 to 13, the convenience store chain will offer significant discounts on snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, facial, body and hair hygiene products and other groceries.
CCA blends hands-on training with online learning
The Center for Culinary Arts (CCA) Manila adapts to changing times with its six-month Pro Chef Hybrid program on the Antipolo campus, the fully online and self-paced Baking Club and Cooking Club.
It has opened new satellite campuses in Antipolo and Quezon City to blend hands-on training with online learning.
CCA Manila has also partnered with international organizations to advance Filipino cuisine on a global scale, enabling its students and graduates to showcase their craft through virtual cooking competitions and webinars.
Conte donates headwear used as bags
Conti Restaurant and Bakery has donated 100 bags of used tarpaulins to children in need as part of its 25th anniversary celebration.
The child beneficiaries have been from Tulong sa Kapwa Kapatid (2KK) and ChildHope Asia Philippines, two non-profit foundations that Conti has supported since 2019.
Aside from funding scholarships, the company offers cakes to ChildHope and 2KK kids on special occasions.
A green initiative for the brand, Conti’s Brings Hope, One Bag at a Time project has been implemented in conjunction with Philippine startup Side B Upcycling.
CRIMSON BORACAY brings art back to painting
Crimson Resort and Spa Boracay is bringing back an Art on a Plate dinner event at the Mosaic Latin American Grill.
Set to take place on July 8-9, it will feature a kitchen commanded by the chefs of one of the Hapag MNL restaurants, as well as chocolate creations by award-winning Auro Chocolates.
During dinner, Crimson-based Boracay artist Eric Igualada will leave them in awe and create visual masterpieces, while sax singer Nicole Tejedor will perform with innovative guitarist John Reloya.
Signature dishes include sinoglao (roasted pork belly, tang, spring onion, coconut vinegar infused with oro cocoa), grilled chicken on tortillas with oro dark chocolate, eno na sugbu, curry curry with beef brisket water, and crème brulee with sea grapes. (Seaweed Latto), Pomelo from Davao, and Oro White Chocolate.
Art on a Plate will start at 6 PM on July 8 and 9. Prices are 3000 pesos for dinner plus a welcome cocktail, and 3900 pesos for dinner with a selection of wine.

Grab allows Filipinos to order their favorite food with only one delivery fee on July 4th.
Through Food Faves Megamix, GrabFood users in Metro Manila can satisfy their food cravings with a single delivery fee of P59 pesos and a minimum order value of P250.

Jollibee’s Back Obi Cheese Pie
Jollibee has brought back the Ube Cheese Pie in all of its stores across the country.
Prices are P35 for Solo, P100 for 3 Pies To-Go, and P199 for 6 Pies To-Go.
Customers also have the option to order via Jollibee’s delivery app and website, and by car with or takeout.
Kentucky Fried Chicken offers free delivery on Fried Chicken Day
Kentucky Fried Chicken Day offers customers free delivery when they order through its website or app on Fried Chicken Day.
For a minimum spend of P550, they can use coupon code KFCTHEOG on July 6th and orders will be delivered for free.
KFC has also selected two chefs to try out the KFC viral hack found on the internet. Executive Chef Vic Barangan of Richmonde Hotel and Chef Mark Joseph will be featured on the TikTok Philippines page at KFC on July 6.
McDonald’s now uses straw-free lids across the country
McDonald’s Philippines has announced that all of its stores across the country will switch to straw-free lids.
The shift comes after McDonald’s first introduced limited distribution of hay across its branches in 2018.
Meanwhile, the fast food chain is also holding App Crave and Claim Fest, where customers can get discounts on select menu items through July 10.
