5 1/2 cups carrots
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
2 teaspoons paprika powder
2 tsp onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons oil
1. Remove the top of the clean carrots, and cut them into large slices (1/4 inch x 1/4 inch x 2-2 1/2 inches). Put them in a large bowl.
