Oneonta Rotary Club completes small library project

Small bookstores are popping up everywhere these days and thanks to the Oneonta Rotary Club, there are now three more bookshops in the city of Oneonta. The idea of a small library is to take a book and leave a book. This course encourages free reading and participation.

As part of Rotary’s centenary celebration, club members Dave Rowley and John Maine and President of Carleton Cleveland installed a small library at Valleyview Elementary School, Riverside Elementary School and Greater Plains Elementary School with photos posted on the Ononta Rotary Club Facebook page.
