DENVER — Quiznos has opened a new restaurant in Hobbs, NM, billed as a blueprint for the future locations of the quick-service sandwich chain. Hobbs’ new location features an expanded menu of world-inspired flavors as well as a new venue for patio dining. The company said flat grills and deep fryers were installed to support many of the new menu items.
Quiznos has upgraded longtime fan favorites like Italian subs, chicken mesquite, and chicken carbonara. New items include the Asian Steak Dipper, made with grilled steak, pickled vegetables, fresh cilantro, basil, and a faux dipping sauce; Philly Steakhouse Made Of Grilled Steak, Cheddar Cheese, Provolone, Grilled Mushrooms And Onions With Spicy Grilled Sauce; carne supreme made with meatballs, pepperoni, salami, capicola, ham, provolone, and marinara; Steak and Eggs, a new all-day breakfast item made with fried eggs, grilled steak, white American cheese, grilled onions, peppers and cherry peppers.

The chain has also expanded its vegetarian options with improved vegan guacamole, Beyond grilled Italian sausage, new vegan, provolone, roasted peppers, onions, and marinara.
New salad options include steak and frites made with grilled steak and fries, chopped bacon, tomato, red onion, ranch dressing, and Cobb salad made with grilled chicken, chopped bacon, chopped egg, tomato and avocado ranch dressing.
