watermelon mint
lemon juice recipe

If you are looking for something refreshing during the summer heat, this instant drink is the answer. You will need:

• 5-6 cups of watermelon, seeded and diced

• juice of 2 lemons

• A handful of mint leaves

Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth. If desired, strain the juice over a fine mesh sieve and a large bowl. Squeeze until only the juice is in the bowl and the pulp remains in the sieve. Served with ice. You can store the juice in the refrigerator for up to five days.
