Upon entering Tempo, guests will be instantly greeted by a contemporary contemporary design, with elegant design details for an open and airy experience. Guests can dine inside or outside on Tempo’s beautiful terrace. The ambiance is complemented by modern lounge music to unleash the emotions.

The restaurant’s menu consists of high-quality foods and avoids unhealthy processed ingredients. Grilling is Tempo’s favorite style, so guests can really savor all the flavors of their meal.
Some of Tempo’s signature menu items are: “Tonnato” napa salad (Vitello tonato sauce, Parmesan, anchovies, tomato croutons, trout); duck confit pappardelle (handmade pasta, roasted foie gras); dark brown “Arroz Negro” (grilled shrimp and squid, basil aioli, picquillo paste); roast branzino (peas and kimchi sauce); Cochinillo (served individually and as a family), and lobster truffle foam (pork belly, boiled eggs, peeled potatoes).

In addition to appetizers and delicious dishes, Tempo Restaurant also offers a selection of handcrafted cocktails that are sure to keep you coming back for more. Some of the more sought-after Tempo cocktails include: Le Jeune (drenched raisins – Diplomatico Planas, Kalani Liqueur, Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur, Citrus); Aragon (Smokelab Vodka, Passionola Fruit Chinola, Citrus, Simple Syrup, Dill, Spicy Tincture, Bitter Aromatic, Ginger Ale), and El Marito (Fronterezzo Mezcal, Magenta Reposado, Beet Syrup, Blackberry Shrub, Sour Lemon, Huana Guanabana and Liqueur Smoothies Diplomatico coffee, grapefruit soda), and many unique cocktails.

Tempo Restaurant is run by Chef Carlos Garcia and Chef Richard Ortega. Chef Carlos Garcia was born in Caracas, Venezuela, and graduated from the Hoffmann School of Hospitality in Barcelona, ​​Spain. Co-owner of Alto, located in the Venezuelan capital since 2007, García has completed numerous trainings at several famous restaurants, including El Bulli, El Celler de Can Roca and Mugaritz.

Over the years, Garcia has emerged as one of the most prominent chefs in Latin America. His contemporary Venezuelan cuisine offers a unique interpretation of the territory through edible metaphors with constant inquiry into the country’s culinary and pantry repertoire and direct contact with local producers.

Together, the two chefs and restaurateurs have combined their talents to create delicious and unforgettable dishes inspired by their home countries to create a classic yet refined dining experience in Tempo.
