Ingredients:

3 ripe bananas

50 g (12 cups) melted unsalted butter

1 scrambled egg

1 teaspoon coffee powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 1/2 cups whole oats

1/2 cup walnuts

method:

Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. In a bowl, mash the bananas and add the melted butter. Add the beaten egg and beat it into a smooth dough. Now add the coffee powder and baking soda n and mix them well. Do all the mixing and whisking you need now.

Now add the oats and fold them all in gently. The more delicate and gentle the bread. Add walnuts and then top with lots of love. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan and place in the oven.

Let bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely, cut into slices and serve with any nut butter of your choice. Eat a healthy breakfast or a delicious snack.
