Tried-and-true recipe:

stuffed shells

1 pound minced meat

1 lb. Johnsonville Mild Italian Sausage

1 box jumbo shells

spaghetti sauce

32 oz. ricotta cheese

10 oz. Frozen spinach, drained well

1 cup parmesan cheese

Cook pasta crusts according to box instructions. While the pasta crusts are cooking, brown the ground beef and sausage; sink. In a large bowl, add ricotta cheese, spinach, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, eggs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste. Add the meat to the mixture and mix well. Pour a little spaghetti sauce into the bottom of the pan, stuff the peel and place in the pan. Pour the extra sauce on top and sprinkle with the provolone and mozzarella mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.

My daughter-in-law, Tabitha, invited me to dinner last week and made these stuffed shells. It was delicious!
