You can harvest crops and plants in Stardew Valley for food, crafts, gifts, festivals, errands, and many other purposes. There is usually a specific season in which each crop can be grown. You can plant crops in the seasons designated for them, and they will weaken and die when the seasons change after the 28th day of the season. We’ve included multi-season crops for every season you grow, as well as special crops that don’t really have a season but thrive all year long.
Some crops can grow faster than when you first planted them. You can see that the plant will grow again when it appears to be a seed that has been sown after it has been harvested. When watered immediately after harvest, these crops will grow on their own. Crops have a limited number of regrowths, so you should plant a new seed when done. When the regrowth crop is done, it will look like an empty plot of land.
Here are the basic settings for each crop, such as how much you can sell it with, where you can find it, how long it takes to grow, and what you can do with it. It is important to remember that we are only referring to who will love each crop as a gift, not if they will love them only because love for the crop is rare. How well and how well each crop is irrigated will determine how quickly it grows and how much it sells.
The best crops for every season in Stardu Valley
Stardew Valley’s best spring crops
You will miss many of the plants below for the first time since you start each spring game. Watch when each season ends and save your seeds if the plant wilts before it can fully grow because seeds never expire.
One festival to watch out for is the Egg Festival on Spring 13, where Pierre sells strawberry seeds for 100 gold each. If you did not save the seeds from the previous year and only planted them after you bought them from Pierre, you can plant and harvest strawberry seeds twice before the start of summer. Since you have a short time to plant after the festival, we recommend saving the seeds for next year.

The best summer crops in Stardu Valley
If you are just starting to play, summer should be the time when the game stops and you have already collected seeds that you can plant here from foraging. If you need seeds, visit the Pierre Store or JojaMart.
There is one festival to watch out for, and that is Luau on the 11th Summer, where you need to have an item at the ready. Since you haven’t grown anything of high quality yet, you won’t get a great response from the ruler the first time. Starfruit is also available from Pierre here for 1000 gold, but you should only buy it if you really need it.

Best Fall/Autumn Crops in Stardu Valley
During the fall, you can plant as much as you can because you can’t plant anything in the winter. You can grow some crops that everyone loves during the winter because some of the festivals involve giving gifts.
It is essential to attend all the fall festivals to get all of the rare scarecrows that can help you grow your crops. You can wait until next year if they are expensive, but you should save for them to get rare scarecrows. The Stardew Valley Fair also offers Pierre mixed seeds for sale.

The best winter crops in Stardu Valley
In this season, you can plant only winter seeds, from which you can plant bushes on which you can forage. When the season is over, these shrubs will wither and die. Winter should be used for mining or fishing. Fishing is recommended because the ice festival and night market are all about fishing, and it helps to get high. The only thing you can get from winter festivals for your crops is the rare scarecrow from the ice festival.

Stardew Valley’s special crops
There isn’t really a season for special crops. They can be planted all year round (except in winter) and will likely thrive. In addition to packages, gifts, or other special occasions, these are also generally good for making money, but very few of them can be profitable.
